aesPlla®

aesPlla® is a Poly-L-Lactic Acid based (PLLA) collagen stimulator. Formulated with a biocompatible and biodegradable synthetic polymer, aesPlla® stimulates collagen production to help volumise and smooth the skin. Offering gradual results, the bio-stimulatory, PLLA filler works to correct the appearance of shallow to deep nasolabial fold contour deficiencies and facial wrinkles. Subsequent results may be observed from four weeks post-treatment, lasting for up to 3 years.

Box Contents:

• 1 vial: 365mg of powder (150mg of PLLA)

Ingredients:

150mg of poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), 90mg of sodium carboxymethylcellulose and 125g of mannitol.

Recommended Treatment protocol:

• Dissolving time: 3 hours
• Add 5ml of sterile water for injection, using 18G needle
• Must be injected within 72 hours of reconstitution
• Recommended technique: Linear Thread Technique
• Recommended consumables: 18G sterile needle + 1/3ml syringe to withdraw
• 26G cannula or needle to inject
• Inject into the deep dermis / lower layers of dermis / layers of hypodermis
• Shelf life: 21 months

Aftercare:

Massage the skin for 5 minutes, 5 times per day, for 5 days post-treatment

Storage:

• Do not refrigerate - store at room temperature
• Stable for 72 hours post-reconstitution – discard after this duration

At the basket, you will be asked per line whether each prescription-eligible item is being ordered on prescription for a named patient or as clinic stock under your responsibility.

Named-patient prescription supply. Lines marked for a named patient are dispensed against your prescription. The order is held for Superintendent Pharmacist review before despatch. Prescription supply is zero-rated for VAT.

Clinic stock supply. Lines marked as clinic stock are supplied under your professional responsibility for use in your practice. Standard VAT applies at checkout.

Orders containing prescription-only medicines (POM) are held until the Superintendent Pharmacist has cleared the prescription. Same-day dispatch applies once cleared.

Dispatch: Orders approved before 3pm Monday to Friday ship the same day for next-working-day delivery via tracked courier. Cold-chain products travel in temperature-controlled packaging.

Returns: Sealed, in-date, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Cold-chain items cannot be returned once dispatched. Contact our trade team to start a return.
