Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated 27 May 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out how Longeva Pharmacy expects practitioners to use this site and the products supplied through it. Holding a Longeva Pharmacy account is conditional on accepting these terms in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. Who may use this site

Access to pricing, ordering, and the practitioner catalogue on this site is restricted to UK registered healthcare practitioners with a current and verifiable registration with a UK regulator including the GMC, NMC, GPhC, GDC, or equivalent professional body. Accounts are reviewed and approved by our Superintendent Pharmacist before they are granted ordering permission.

2. Permitted use

Products supplied through this site are intended exclusively for use within your professional practice, in accordance with your scope of competence, training, indemnity cover, and the manufacturer's product information. By placing an order you confirm that you intend to use the products in that way and not for any other purpose.

3. Prohibited use

  • Onward resale or supply of any product purchased from Longeva Pharmacy to any third party, whether for value or otherwise, except where the product is supplied to a named patient in the course of treatment.
  • Personal cosmetic use of any product, including injectable products, by the account holder, family members, or persons not under your clinical care.
  • Sharing of account credentials, sign-in tokens, ordering permission, or session cookies with any other person, whether inside or outside your clinic.
  • Use of the site, the catalogue, or the ordering system in any manner that breaches UK law, including the Human Medicines Regulations 2012 and the Medicines Act 1968.
  • Submission of forged, expired, or misleading credentials or documentation in any part of the registration process.
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, automated extraction, or systematic copying of catalogue data, pricing, or product information from this site.

4. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials, the accuracy of the credentials and documents supplied at registration, and the actions taken under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@longevapharma.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

5. Prescription-only medicines

Where a product is a prescription-only medicine (POM), the supply is conditional on a valid prescription from a qualified UK prescriber acting within their scope of practice. The basket flow asks you, per line, whether each prescription-eligible item is being ordered for a named patient or as clinic stock under your responsibility. Misrepresenting the basis for supply is a serious breach of this Policy and may be reported to the relevant regulator.

6. Intellectual property

All text, imagery, branding, and product information on this site is owned by or licensed to Longeva Pharmacy and its suppliers. You may view, print, and download material for the purposes of your own clinical practice. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute material for any other purpose without our written permission.

7. Reporting concerns

If you become aware of any breach of this Policy by yourself or any other party, or of any product safety concern, please notify us at admin@longevapharma.com. Suspected adverse drug reactions should also be reported to the MHRA Yellow Card scheme.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have breached this Policy, supplied false or misleading information, or used the site in a way that places patients, the public, or our regulatory standing at risk. Where possible we will write to you with the reasons for the decision and an opportunity to respond.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified to account holders by email. The current version is always published on this page with the last-updated date above the lede.
