4. Who we serve
Longeva Pharma supplies eligible UK healthcare and aesthetic professionals and businesses, including doctors, dentists, nurses, pharmacists, independent prescribers and appropriately qualified aesthetic practitioners.
Access to restricted products and prescription-only medicines is subject to the professional, account, prescription and pharmacy checks appropriate to the proposed supply.
5. Prescription-only medicines
Prescription-only medicines are supplied only through a lawful prescribing and pharmacy process and against a valid prescription where required. Submission of an order or payment does not guarantee that a medicine will be dispensed or supplied.
We do not offer controlled drugs through this website.
6. Professional information

7. Product safety and adverse reactions
Suspected adverse drug reactions can be reported through the MHRA Yellow Card scheme. Product-quality, delivery, temperature-control and safety concerns relating to goods supplied by Longeva Pharma should also be reported promptly to pharmacy@longevagroup.com.
