Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy applies to purchases from Longeva Pharma, a trading name of Longeva Limited. Longeva Pharma supplies prescription medicines and professional clinic products to eligible healthcare and aesthetic professionals in the United Kingdom.

Prescription medicines and medicines

For patient safety, product integrity and regulatory reasons, medicines supplied or dispatched by Longeva Pharma are not accepted for change-of-mind return or resale once they have left our control.

This includes prescription-only medicines (POMs). Prescription medicines are supplied only through the appropriate prescription and pharmacy process.

Cold-chain products

Cold-chain products cannot be returned after dispatch for change-of-mind reasons because Longeva Pharma cannot verify storage conditions once the product has left our controlled supply chain.

Non-medicinal professional products

Unless Longeva Pharma agrees otherwise in writing, non-medicinal professional products supplied on a business-to-business basis are not accepted for change-of-mind return.

Incorrect, damaged or defective supply

If an item supplied by us is incorrect, damaged on arrival or appears defective, contact Longeva Pharma promptly and do not use the product. We may ask for photographs, batch information, packaging information or other reasonable evidence so that the issue can be investigated.

Where Longeva Pharma confirms that goods were supplied incorrectly, damaged or defective, we will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the supply.

Do not return medicines without authorisation

Do not send medicines or cold-chain products back to us unless Longeva Pharma has specifically instructed you to do so. We may instead require safe disposal or another appropriate process.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
