Practitioner orders are dispatched from our UK facility for next-working-day delivery, with cold-chain handling where the product requires it. The information below sets out cut-off times, carriers, tracking, and what to do if an order does not arrive as expected.

Order cut-off and dispatch

Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays) are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Orders that contain prescription-only medicines are held for review by our Superintendent Pharmacist before despatch. The basket flow tells you which lines on your order are prescription-linked. The same-day dispatch target applies once the prescription has been cleared.

Delivery windows

  • Standard next-day: delivery by end of next working day, UK mainland.
  • Pre-noon next-day: available on selected orders for an additional fee, calculated at checkout.
  • Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland: two working days on standard service.

Carriers

Standard parcel shipments are dispatched with DPD or UPS. Cold-chain shipments use a temperature-controlled carrier service appropriate to the manufacturer's storage requirements. The carrier on a given order is shown in the dispatch email.

Tracking

You receive an email with the tracking link as soon as the carrier collects the order. The link is also available from your account history. Please allow up to two hours after the dispatch email for the carrier system to register the parcel.

Cold-chain products

Cold-chain products are shipped in insulated packaging with temperature monitoring suited to the manufacturer's storage range. If the temperature indicator on an arrived parcel suggests an excursion outside the acceptable range, do not use the product. Photograph the indicator and the packaging and write to us at admin@longevapharma.com within 24 hours of delivery so we can replace the affected lines.

Failed deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails the carrier will leave a card with re-delivery options. We recommend nominating a safe place or a clinic neighbour at checkout to reduce failed attempts on cold-chain items. Where a cold-chain parcel cannot be delivered on the scheduled day, please contact us promptly. Cold-chain shipments cannot remain in the carrier network indefinitely without compromising the product.

Damaged or missing items

Please inspect the parcel on arrival. If a product is missing, damaged, or short, write to admin@longevapharma.com within 48 hours of delivery with the order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the outer packaging and the affected items. We will replace, refund, or credit the order as appropriate.

Returns

Unopened and intact non-prescription products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in original packaging, at the buyer's cost. Prescription-only medicines and cold-chain products cannot be returned once dispatched, except where the product was defective or shipped in error. Contact us before sending any return so we can issue a returns authorisation.

Delivery region

We deliver to UK addresses only. We do not currently ship to the Republic of Ireland or outside the United Kingdom.

VAT and pricing

Pricing on the storefront is shown net of VAT for approved practitioner accounts. VAT is calculated and shown at the basket according to the line classification of each item (prescription supply versus clinic stock). The order confirmation lists the VAT applied per line.
