Price match on prescription supply

We aim to be competitive on the supply of UK-licensed prescription medicines to registered practitioners. If you find a lower published price for the same product from another UK-licensed wholesaler, we will consider matching it on a per-order basis under the conditions below.

This price match applies to prescription-only medicines supplied to your approved practitioner account. It does not apply to non-POM consumables, sale or clearance lines, or short-dated stock offers.

What we will match

  • UK-licensed prescription-only medicines that we hold in catalogue.
  • Like-for-like product, pack size, presentation, and indication.
  • Standard list pricing from a UK-licensed wholesaler whose details and current price you can supply for verification.

What we will not match

  • Prices from unlicensed sources, parallel imports of unclear provenance, or grey-market listings.
  • Promotional, clearance, short-dated, or one-off offers.
  • Member-only or scheme-only prices that are not publicly verifiable.
  • Personal-import or non-UK pricing.
  • Auction or marketplace pricing.
  • Pricing that would require us to operate below our wholesale cost or below MHRA-acceptable handling costs.

How to claim

  1. Add the product to your basket on this site.
  2. Write to admin@longevapharma.com with the order reference (or a draft basket reference), the competitor's product page or quote, and the date the lower price was published.
  3. We will verify the competitor's listing, confirm the product is genuinely like-for-like, and reply within one working day with an outcome.
  4. If the price match is approved, we issue an adjusted invoice or a credit against the order. The price match must be confirmed before the order is dispatched.

Conditions

  • Price match is at the discretion of our Superintendent Pharmacist and the supply team. We may decline a request if we have a reasonable concern about the source, the product authenticity, the practitioner's eligibility for the supply, or the legality of the proposed transaction under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012.
  • One price match request per product per order. We do not stack price matches with other discounts.
  • The competitor listing must be live and verifiable at the time of the request. Screenshots alone are not sufficient evidence.
  • The supply must still be supported by a valid prescription where one is required. Price matching does not change the prescription requirement or the clinical responsibility for the supply.

Honest conversation

If you regularly buy a particular product or product line, please tell us. We would rather hold a conversation about your routine spend than process a price match request on every order. Account-level pricing is reviewed periodically and adjusted where the volume supports a sustainable supply.
