Longeva Pharma dispenses private prescriptions for UK registered prescribers, all dispensed in the UK. This guide explains how to create a private prescription for your named patient and how to register as a prescriber with us.

How to create a private prescription

Every prescription-only medicine order must correspond to a private prescription from a UK prescriber. Prescriptions are written online and dispensed by Longeva Pharma in the UK. This does not apply to products that are genuinely eligible for clinic-stock ordering, which do not require a prescription.

  1. Consult your patient in person

    Carry out an in-person, face to face consultation and clinical assessment. A prescription for any prescription-only medicine must follow a clinical decision for the named patient.

  2. Write the prescription online

    Create the private prescription through Signature Rx. Prescribe only with a clinical and medical intention, for the named patient, and never for stock.

  3. Send it to Longeva Pharma

    Forward the signed prescription to Longeva Pharma. All prescriptions must comply with UK law and be signed by a registered doctor, dentist, or qualified prescriber.

  4. We dispense and dispatch

    Once we receive a legally valid prescription, we dispense and dispatch the order in the UK. Orders cannot be dispatched until a valid prescription has been received.

How to register as a prescriber

Registration is free. Our Superintendent Pharmacist verifies every application against the relevant UK regulator before approval.

  1. Apply for a practitioner account

    Complete the registration form. Select that you are a prescribing professional and add your prescriber details.

  2. Upload your documents

    Provide your professional registration certificate, photo ID, indemnity insurance and treatment certificates.

  3. Verification by our Superintendent Pharmacist

    Our Superintendent Pharmacist reviews and verifies every application against the relevant UK regulator, usually within one business day.

  4. Sign in to prescribe and order

    Once approved, sign in to view practitioner pricing, place orders, and send prescriptions for dispensing.

Register as a prescriber

Approval usually within one business day.
