Electrolyte sachets with additional ingredients to support performance and recovery during exercise, with L-Glutamine and Beetroot extract for optimal results

Mix one stick daily with 500ml – 1L of water, adjusting to taste. You can enjoy Electrolytes+ Exercise and Recover anytime of day, whenever is most convenient for you. Because this is our most potent electrolyte blend, we recommend having it before, during or directly after periods of increased fluid loss or intense physical activity - such as post-workout, sauna, or even while travelling on hot days.

Ingredients:

• Pink Himalayan Salt (Sodium Chloride) - replenishes electrolytes lost during exercise.
• Magnesium (from Magnesium Citrate) - supports electrolyte balance, energy metabolism and muscle function.
• L-Glutamine - an amino acid that aids recovery and reduces muscle fatigue.
• Acid (Citric Acid) - provides a refreshing balance of flavour.
• Natural Flavourings - for a clean, refreshing taste.
• Beetroot Fruit Powder (Beta Vulgaris) - naturally rich in nitrates to support circulation and performance.
• Potassium Chloride - contributes to hydration and normal muscle function.
• Calcium (from Calcareous Marine Algae, Lithothamnion sp.) - supports muscle function and bone health.
• Vitamin C (Sodium Ascorbate, 80mg) - supports immune function, reduces tiredness and helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

Named-patient prescription supply. Lines marked for a named patient are dispensed against your prescription. The order is held for Superintendent Pharmacist review before despatch. Prescription supply is zero-rated for VAT.

Clinic stock supply. Lines marked as clinic stock are supplied under your professional responsibility for use in your practice. Standard VAT applies at checkout.

Orders containing prescription-only medicines (POM) are held until the Superintendent Pharmacist has cleared the prescription. Same-day dispatch applies once cleared.

Dispatch: Orders approved before 3pm Monday to Friday ship the same day for next-working-day delivery via tracked courier. Cold-chain products travel in temperature-controlled packaging.

Returns: Sealed, in-date, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Cold-chain items cannot be returned once dispatched. Contact our trade team to start a return.
